Installation Steps

Prepare Materials and Tools

• Materials:Fencing gate mesh, metal posts, connectors (such as bolts), bases, and brackets，gate lock.

• Tools:Screwdriver, electric drill, pliers, spirit level, etc.

Step 1: Install the gate Posts

1. Layout and Excavation: Measure and mark post locations strictly according to panel width, then excavate post holes.
2. Post Specifications: Generally, posts should be 500mm longer than the panel height to accommodate burial. The
   
   

Step 2: Install posts in concrete foundations, ensuring precise vertical alignment (plumb).

Posts shall be set in concrete and maintained in a perfectly plumb position during curing.

Step 3:Install 1 panel to post with u clips 

Step 4: Secure the second post using a concrete foundation. Ensure strict vertical alignment (plumb) is maintained throughout the curing process

Step 5: Secure the fence panels. Allow the concrete to cure fully for several hours before proceeding.
