INTORDUCTION
Palisade fence is a classic ancient fencing design originating from the UK, fully compliant with strict BS standards. It is produced from 2.0–3.0mm thick steel plates, pressed into W-section or D-section to boost structural strength.
Widely favored globally in the 21st century, it sells well in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, South Africa, Cameroon, Mauritius and Angola.Palisade fencing features easy installation, attractive appearance and long service life.
However, its protection performance is relatively lower than high-security fences like 358 fence and 3510 fence.

Surface Treatment(Anti-Rust Treatment):
A: Hot Dipped galvanized(40-60g/m²) + Polyester Powder Coated (All colors in Ral)
B: Hot Dipped Galvanized after welding (ASTM A53 505g/mm2)
Step 1:
H-Post Installation
Step 2:
Insert the fishplates through the upper and lower slots in the posts. Then use M12 nuts and bolts to fasten both rails to the fishplates. The upper rail is identified by the barbs along its top edge.
Alternatively, if you want an even shorter version for a work instruction or checklist:
Slide the fishplates into the upper and lower post slots. Secure both rails to the fishplates using M12 nuts and bolts. The upper rail has barbs on its top side.

Step 3:
Fix the pales to the horizontal rails with the flat ends parallel to the ground. Fasten using M8 nuts and bolts.

Finally, tighten the nuts until the hexagonal part shears off, leaving only the conical section. This makes the fence more secure and resistant to tampering.
